The Salty Project magazine is a new print magazine launched in May 2019 with travel stories, photos, and recipes about salt. Editor Kristen Taylor traveled to seven salty places in six countries and the magazine was five years in the making. The magazine centers the mineral salt instead of humans and weaves experiences on the most significant salt flats in the Americas with history and food culture.
